1. What Pebbles List Is

Pebbles List is an information-only directory of family activities, classes and events in Hastings and St Leonards.

We help parents and carers discover what's on locally.

We do not run, organise or supervise any of the activities listed on the site.

2. Listings and Guides

Pebbles List includes:

• activity and class listings
• provider information
• themed guides (e.g. rainy-day ideas, free activities, toddler favourites)

All listings and guides are for inspiration and general information only.

Inclusion on Pebbles List does not mean we recommend, endorse or assess any provider, venue or activity.

Information used in guides comes from providers or public sources. We do not check or verify it.

3. Our Relationship With Providers

Pebbles List is independent from all venues, groups and providers featured on the site.

We are not partners, agents or representatives of any provider.

We do not vet, assess or background-check any provider.

We do not verify DBS status, qualifications, insurance, first-aid training or safeguarding measures.

Any arrangements you make with a provider are strictly between you and the provider.

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to share helpful information, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date.

Details such as times, locations, prices, age suitability and availability may change without notice.

Please contact providers directly to confirm information before attending or booking.

5. Safeguarding and Suitability

Pebbles List does not:

• carry out DBS checks
• assess safeguarding practices
• confirm staff training or experience
• assess the quality, safety or suitability of any activity

Parents and carers are responsible for carrying out their own checks and deciding whether a provider or activity is right and safe for their child.

Pebbles List does not accept responsibility for the safety, conduct or suitability of any provider or activity.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebbles List is not liable for:

• any injury, loss, damage, disappointment or claim connected with attending an activity listed on the site
• inaccuracies or omissions in listings, guides or content
• the actions or omissions of any provider
• cancellations or changes made by providers
• your reliance on information found on Pebbles List
• any issues with the availability, security or performance of the website

This includes direct, indirect and consequential losses.

We don't exclude any responsibility that we are legally required to accept.
