A quiet, warm pool session for babies and young children up to 4½ years old. Fridays have six start times (9am, 10am, 11am, 12 noon, 1pm and 2pm); check the website as some sessions may already be sold out. Each session includes 1 hour of swimming followed by 1 hour of playtime with toys, plus complimentary drinks and snacks.

Weekly Garden Explorers sessions for toddlers and carers take place each Thursday and Friday morning at Great Dixter, running 9:30–11:30 (10:00–12:00 during school holidays) with seasonal indoor and outdoor activities such as seed planting, woodland walks, cooking, minibeast hunts and messy play. Sessions run in all weathers from the education centre at Dixter Farm and must be booked in advance, with younger siblings welcome if carers can manage buggies on the woodland routes.

A Friday pregnancy yoga class at Lior Wellness Studio using a vinyasa-inspired flow with pregnancy-safe adaptations to support strength, flexibility, balance and ease. Booking is required and class fees depend on the plan purchased; please enquire and book via the website.

Baby and toddler group for 0-4 year olds, Fridays 10-11:30am in term time. Free play, craft, singing, Bible story and snack time included, donations welcome.

Weekly playgroup for 0-5 year olds on Fridays 10-11:30am in term time. Free to attend.

Parent and toddler group for 0-4 year olds, Fridays 10:30am-12pm in term time. Free play, singing, Bible story and snack time, £3.50 per session.

Babygym session running at Summerfields Gymnastics Club in Hastings (not to be confused with Summerfields Leisure Centre). £5 per child with soft play and gymnastics-style activities for babies from around 16 weeks up to 3 years old, with siblings aged 4 who are not yet at school also welcome. No booking required.

A welcoming weekly yoga class for children aged 4–7, introducing asana (movement), breathwork and simple mindfulness in a calm, focused studio space. Sessions combine yoga poses to build strength, balance and body awareness with breathing exercises to support concentration and calm, alongside gentle meditation and playful sequences that keep it fun and engaging. A lovely way for children to grow in confidence while learning tools to regulate emotions and feel grounded. Payment is per 4-session block (£46 for the first block, £40 for subsequent blocks). Booking required.

Youth group for ages 10-17 every Friday 6:30-8:30pm in term time. Free to attend.
